  3. * the Track edit window edits all of
  4.   the parameters for each of the 12
  5.   tracks as well as all effect
  6.   parameters.
  7. * The effect parameters are found in
  8.   the lower portion of the window.
  9. * To perform effect editing choose
  10.   the desired effect and then go to
  11.   the sub-windows to edit the
  12.   parameters which are specific to
  13.   that effect. Only those parameters
  14.   will have any effect on the sound.
  15. * When effects are changed, the VFX
  16.   automatically sets the remaining
  17.   effect parameters to default values.
  18.   As a result, it is STRONGLY recom-
  19.   mended that you USE THE MIDI TO EDIT
  20.   FUNCTION IN THE SNGL EDIT MENU TO
  21.   RELEOAD THE DATA AFTER SELECTING A
  22.   NEW EFFECT!
